Hello to all the visitors of Digital Blasphemy. As you may already know I will be donating one "1 year membership" to the pay area of Digital Blasphemy every once in a while(every month or so) if everything works well. You can preview the member section here.
Why am I doing this? Because I've been there, looking at the free gallery since 2001 wondering when I was gonna be able to get a membership and enjoy all the wallpapers in the members area. For me Children of the Night was the wallpaper that made me think about getting a membership on db. Finally last year I was able to get a "1 year membership" and after watching the wonderful work of Ryan Bliss I decided to try to get a lifetime membership. So almost after 1 year of being a member I was able to get the lifetime membership with the help of a special sale by Ryan ;-) and I must say like most other db members that I don't regret it.
I know there are a lot of people like me visiting the free site who want to become members but can't for one reason or another. Whatever your reasons are I offer you the chance to get one free "1 year membership".
So what's the catch? only this one. Write a comment explaining why you think you should have the free "1 year membership". In 7 days I will then choose 1 comment as the winner and "maybe" choose any other comments I think are worthy as winners for the next donation(s). Check the "RSS" for updates.
Please write an honest comment, don't try to make a comment based on what you think I would like to read, because you don't know what I'll be looking for. The key is honesty people, so don't try to guess. Also I will accept only one comment per person. If you post more than one comment then only the first one will be taken for consideration.
P.S. I would like to thank Ryan for supporting my idea and for letting me use the header background image.
Update: Entries will be taken until september 22, and the winner will be announced on september 23.

I have been a fan of DB since I got my own computer(about 4 years now). I had seen Ryan's work on many of my friends' computers and wished that I could use it as well. They are so unique and there are always several that catch my eye. But because I am a college student, supporting myself for the most part, getting a membership is just not something I can do. I really hope I win the one year membership, just so I can experience Ryan's work in full.
ReplyDelete(You can thank Twitter for announcing this event, otherwise I would never have known!)
I have always loved the art at Digital Blasphemy... the work he does is very organic and natural, easily recognizeable for fans and also uniquely beautiful. A chance to see all of his work, no doubt the best pieces left for members, would be a great boone to my own work as an artist. I have never bought my own subscription because college and living expenses add up so quickly. If I had the opportunity to fill my vision with the many pieces of art he's produced, I know it would inspire me- the colors, the patterns, the way his human brain interprets the growth of nature- would also help me to understand color, pattern, and nature. To have this subscription would mean days and days of enjoyment and inspiration for me!
ReplyDeleteI don't currently have a Digital Blashpemy membership, but I use to have one a while back. I don't maintain my membership since my wife and I started having employment shake-ups. It was simply an expense that needed to be cut. Although I'd love to win it, I believe many others will post with more compelling reasons that they should win. And I think you would be right to give it to them. I simply posted this comment because I wanted to tell you how cool I think it is that you are doing this. OK, so maybe I am hoping a little bit that you like what I've said, but even if I don't win I still think this is a great thing you're doing and you have my respect. And I'm not just saying this because I think this is what you want to hear; it is truly how I feel. But if I could ask a favor of you...please tell us after you've made your choice what criteria you used to select a winner. I'm dying to know.
ReplyDeleteI actually remember the first time I saw one of your pictures. I was looking for a picture with a wolf in it. I ended up on Zazzle's website and that is where I found Children of the Night (I think I even left a comment on the site about it..yep back in 2006). Since then I have been hooked on Digital Blasphemy and I've never seen digital art as good as this since. Your art (and your imagination) is out of this world. I periodically go back to this website to check out what I can and to see what's new. As usual, money is tight as I am sure it is for everyone.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea. When I saw the posting I thought, this is an awesome chance to take in all of what Ryan has to offer so here I am. I can't wait to see who the lucky winner is going to be.
Till then!
Melissa McL.
Hi. The name is Brian Arendse. I live in South Africa and I've been a fan for quite a while. Reason for not having a membership already? I have trust issues regarding doing anything financial online. Pessimist? probably.
ReplyDeleteI love DB art and have promoted it since I started viewing it. I wouldn't prefer gracing any pc, my work or home one, with any other wallpaper, not even my own personal pics. DB rocks so havin a year's full membership would be awesome... Perhaps it even may push me over my pessimistic barriers... LOL
I hope I get it. There's your honesty.
Brian
I will basically just say that I have been through so much in the past two years, that this would be a nice little treat for me. I love the artwork, amazing. It takes me to my own little world when I look at them. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia this past year and have undergone multiple knee surgeries, lost my job and take care of two beautiful girls. I am a single mother. I don't get out much because of the pain, but when I get on the computer for a little while I get to relax and enjoy my time. Your consideration is appreciated, and what you are doing is well worth a round of applause! Blessed be and Bravo!!
ReplyDelete@ Angela, I left the announcement in Ryan's hands since he is the owner of db and has the resources to reach all of his fans. So yes, it was deliberate for you to know this because of him :-P
ReplyDeleteAlso thanks to all of you for your comments it really motivates me.
As you said, I am one of those who has been grabbing from the free section for the last 4 years. Like the rest, I love the artwork. Is there anything about me that makes me more deserving than anyone else? Who can say? We're all valuable individuals. Whoever gets it will be grateful, no matter what their situation.
ReplyDeleteI will only say why I want it: I have 2 monitors on my desk and I've wished for the dual-monitor backgrounds for a while. :)
Thanks for being so generous!
Hi I`m chris, I only found out about this site about a year ago when I was looking up pictures of mushrooms for a project and came across one of your pictures "flourecence". Since then this has been my favorite website,The things you make are just incredible and drive my mind wild with things to draw(I like to sketch the kind of things that you create). I check the free gallery everyday for new pictures, and I almost bought a membership awhile back untill I saw the price. I`m only 16 and all my money goes to paying for car insurance for a car that I don`t even own. So when I saw the possibility to get a membership for free I was and still am excited. thanks for the opportunity for this, I`m looking forward to more free gallery photos.
ReplyDeleteP.S. Are we supposed to leave an email address?
You got a point there Christopher, I will need an email to send the membership code when the winner is chosen. I've been thinking and I think I found a solution. When I announce the winner I will ask the person to enable his/her blogger profile temporarily, your profile can be completely blank as I only need the contact email field visible and nothing more, the email address format will be this "youremail_removethispart@domain.com". You can click my username to see an example profile. If you are not confident about posting your email you can create a temporary email and use that. Of course be sure to remember your email info as we don't want the membership to be lost, do we? If you haven't posted yet and feel confident about posting your email in the format above, you can post it in your comment.
ReplyDeleteHi I'm Luke.
ReplyDeleteDigital Blasphemy would have to be the Koolest desktop wallpaper website on the entire net. Well done to Ryan Bliss for creating all these wonderful and exotic wallpapers for everyone to enjoy and use. That's all I can say except w.....o.....w.
Greetings,
ReplyDeleteI have been a huge fan of Digital Blasphemy since early 2006. As a matter of fact, I recently had an e-mail correspondence with Mr. Bliss. We spoke about how easy it is to do what he does if you can only use a mouse. You see, I myself have a form of muscular dystrophy, and I volunteer over at www.AbleGamers.com - a disability website for those who enjoy digital entertainment.
Several of us enjoy his artwork, and personally, I would love to open up my own digital artwork website but at the moment, living on a fixed SSDI budget does not permit that kind of thing.
I would welcome the ability to view the members area and see what I have been missing. Either way, thank you for the opportunity to talk about who I am and what I do.
I've been obsessively checking the free gallery for about 5 years now. I follow DB on facebook and twitter so I know asap when there's an update. Every time there's a new image, I jump on it, then proudly display it for weeks. I have introduced work colleagues, uni friends and family to DB's magic and truly think I have done a small good deed.
ReplyDeleteI'm still a uni student, all the money from my part time job goes to non-fun stuff... like food and electricity. I live in Australia, so the exchange rate is also a prohibiting factor for buying my own DB subscription.
Having a DB subscription has been a goal of mine ever since I was introduced to the artwork. I often use the images I have to calm me when I'm stressed, and fire my imagination when I'm feeling creative.
This giveaway is a brilliant idea, and one day I hope to be able to offer something similar, or pay it forward.
Thank you for giving people the chance to experience DB.
Hello, this is Brian Jones. I must say that when I first saw this, I was like, no way. I'd never stoop to asking for a free membership. But I swallowed my pride and here I am.
ReplyDeleteI have been enjoying DB since... probably 1999 or 2000. Back before there really was a member's gallery. I am a college senior finishing up my last courses, love computers and CGI art, and am between jobs. I had thought about getting a membership this summer, but I needed gas in my car first.
I don't really feel like I deserve the gift, but thought I'd try anyway. If you want to contact me, I'm not on Blogspot, but on Xanga ( theearloforthanc.xanga.com ) or Twitter ( @Viris_Decorus ). Thank you!
Hey Walo, I believe that I should receive the free membership fo DB because I am by far the most HUMBLE digital blasphemy admirer on the planet.
ReplyDeleteHi, this is a great idea!
ReplyDeleteI would *love* a free Digitial Blasphemy membership because I recently acquired a second monitor at work, and now none of my nice old DB freebie backgrounds I've been accumulating over the years look right anymore. (Tragic, truly.) But I'm a poor graduate student, so spending money on gorgeous desktop images isn't really something I have the luxury of doing right now.
I take pride in being the one in the office that when people enter the first thing they comment on is my desktop wallpaper. I have been working on saving the money for a membership for over a year now. Unfortunately, every time I get close one of the kids needs new shoes, the car needs serviced, or some other 'life happens' event occurs. To make it worse I am now on dual monitors at work and a widescreen one at home, the freebies just don't work anymore so I have had to settle for lesser wallpapers as a result. Needless to say, I am still on the quest for a membership. Who knows, maybe someday the stars will align just right. :)
ReplyDeleteHello -
ReplyDeleteI would appreciate a free membership to DB. I love the work, and have been a fan since the late 90's/early 2000's.
I simply have never been able to afford one. I was close to getting a calendar when they were released, but then I lost my job to the economy. I still haven't recovered from my job loss (still without work).
May you be blessed for your generousity; the world needs more of it.
Thanks -
Wayne (inetmaster@gmail.com)
I really do not have a good reason for a free membership. I really enjoy this site and tell everyone. A free membership would really be a good thing right now in my life. Keep this site going for I always look forward to new art work you display..Thanks for reading
ReplyDeleteSimply put, Ryan Bliss is the most talented cumputer graphics artist on the net. I have been collecting his free wallpapers since he was having bandwidth problems with Avelon.net, back in the 90's. My desktops have grown, but my old DB images haven't. My collection is only a fraction of what this artist has produced, and it is in dire need of updating. Help a real fan display the complete, awesome diversity and quality of Digital Blasphemy wallpapers!
ReplyDeleteThanks,
Ed (ehecker@yahoo.com)
Hello Hello =)
ReplyDeleteIm sitting here in Denmark trying to find the right words to describe why me (and my boyfriend) could really benefit from the membership to DB. And all I can come up with is love. I know it sounds a bit stupid - maybe even lame but from the 1th. og october I am getting my deepest wish fulfilled. Im moving in with my (allmost) perfect boyfriend..In our very own appartment wee!
And as the female that I am, im constantly thinking about which furniture should we get, and what about colors for the walls? hmm, and should we get a carpet?
But in my mind, no matter which decoratingstyle i think about - there has always been DB posters involved.. I can already see us sitting closely together in the sofa - staring at a beautiful island/space/forestview hanging on the wall and
slowly disappearing into this deserted world. Just him and I. Just like i've wanted to do since I meet him 2 years ago.
thanks for reading,
Nikoline Nielsen (nikoline.s.nielsen@gmail.com)
Thank you, both for supporting a fantastic site once you could, and for giving someone else a chance to enjoy the art.
ReplyDeleteMy fiance and I have enjoyed sharing Digital Blasphemy wallpaper and art for the entire 5 years of our long-distance relationship. Last year he joined the Marine Corps, and he will deploy to Afghanistan "soon." I put soon in quotation marks, because every establishment, government agency, or company has their own definitions for lengths of time... But I digress. We hope to get married before he deploys, but realize this may not happen because well, weddings are expensive, and time is short. In the meantime, we both peruse the free gallery, sending links to wallpapers we think the other person will enjoy. The art on digital blasphemy has always provided scenes that seem to open our monitors to other worlds, which sometimes look so much more inviting than the one we're in right now. I'd like to think that with a membership, the stunning wallpapers will provide an outlet for the both of us to transport ourselves to someplace other than where we'll be stuck. He, of course, being stuck in a war-zone, and me, trapped in my over-active imagination, worrying about anything and everything that could possibly get in the way of him coming home alive. But then again, maybe a membership won't make a difference at all! But any distraction will be worth the effort.
ReplyDeleteWhoever you decide to bestow your gift on, thank you for giving us all a chance. Sometimes, it's the small things that really make a difference.
A good friend of mine introduced me to db around 10 years ago. Since that time I have been a dyed in the wool db fan. I have told hundreds of people about the site. I have been consistently amazed at how good Ryan is and how much his work has grown over the years. His work is like a fine wine that gets better with age. I would love to be able to get a lifetime membership but life has had other plans, school, children, car repairs, etc. I am planning on making a lifetime membership my gift to myself when I finish my PhD. But until then I will have to be content with the free gallery.
ReplyDeleteRespectfully
brdowdle@gmail.com
i been using the free gallery for years now. even had a year membership. i love what ryan been doing here. i even love most of the user shared stuff as well. to tell you the truth i don't know why i would stand out from the others. but i can tell you this i would love to see ryan's latest wallpapers on my desktop. happy reading all the comments and im sure the person that you choose is going to love it as much as ryan's work.
ReplyDeleteI've been a DB member for years and years... probably close to the beginning. Ryan's art is amazing. Watching him develop as a digital artist has been inspiring. His work has inspired my son to pursue digital art in college. He even bought a poster of Something Blue in 2002, which we framed and hung on his bedroom wall that year. I pay for my membership every year to support Ryan, but it would be nice to get a year for free. :-)
ReplyDeletei first came across Ryans work when i was still in high school. I walked past a computer screen and saw fluorescence[6] sitting fresh on the desktop and it actually made me stop and stare. ive been a member twice now & have been so close to purchasing a lifetime membership, but being a student has its downfalls ;) i never actually liked to save any images, i thought that it took away from the experience of browsing through Ryans site and choosing an desktop artwork, especially when Ryan updates his wallpapers regularly with new resolutions & new artistic versions. ive been working with computers for many years now and have never found anything close to the quality of his work...just a pleasure to view.
ReplyDelete*This comment is not to be taken into consideration for the contest*
ReplyDeleteHello,
I just wanted to share my appreciation and support for the membership giveaway contest/project.
Not only does this allow others, who are most likely down in their luck (economically speaking), a chance to experience Ryan's gift to the full extent, it also supports Ryan and allows him to continue doing what he clearly does best; make art. So, thank you for taking the time and putting forth the funds and effort to make this opportunity happen.
Also - @ Nikoline: Perhaps you should consider having some of Ryan's prints hang on your new apartment walls? :) I wish you the best in your relationship and new living arrangements.
Best of luck to all of you from a DB lifetime member,
Jason
i want it. i have no sad story except that i bought the one year membership once, and i wish i got the lifetime membership. big mistake, but i already paid for a year, and I put digital blasphemy free wallpapers and a link to the website on all the computers that I work on. hook me up!!! Im poor, I survive on ramen noodles and I shower with rain water... Realmail@optonline.net FTW!
ReplyDeleteI don't think that I really deserve this over another person, that's for sure. But I thought I would post to hopefully get a membership. Maybe if I won, one day I could return the favour to someone looking for a membership.
ReplyDeleteI have been a follower of Digital Blasphemy (free) wallpaper for about 8 years or so. I've always kind of considered buying a membership but I couldn't justify spending the money. Being a university student now, it just hasn't really been in the cards for me financially. I frequently use DB wallpapers on my computer since I think they are awesome (obviously!). I also frequently get compliments on my wallpapers. And whenever someone is looking for a wallpaper or just some good digital art I ALWAYS recommend DB to them. It's just the first thing that comes to mind.
So good luck to all in this little contest! If I win that's awesome, if not that's cool too. Since this is clearly a great thing to do, spreading the DB love is great either way.
okay so years ago I stumbled upon this site and fell in love with the artwork I saw. I found it so wonderful that other people shared my view on the strange and crazy ways things could be seen. I had bought a month memebership back then as it was all I could afford. I've yet to have a time when I could afford more. Like many, with the economy crash, so did my life. like few of the rest, I had been unemployed for months prior to the crash... It's been over a year since I had a good steady job, let alone able to pay a bill (at least while still eating food). At 27, thankfully I only support my dog and my car, but can barely even do that, and thankfully I have family that's been able to help when things got really ugly. I am in wanting of the membership because I know that it will be years before I'm out of the debt that I find myself in and be able to even consider something as frivolous as a membership.
ReplyDeleteIn the words of Mrs. Lovett "aye sir, times is hard, times is hard." For many times are hard, at my age I didn't think times would be so hard for me, but alas, they are and there's little I can do about that fact. So a free membership would certainly give me a reason for a happy dance.
In a side note, I've loved Ryan's work for years and as a (yet unpublished) writer, sometimes his work helps to give an inspiriation, or allow me to take a break into the far recesses of my mind where I can dream that I'm actually in one of the images... It's why so many of my friends now love his work too and constantly ask if anything new has been done. Sadly, I don't have access to the ones I want... like 'in full bloom' and the newest 'florescense'.
So whoever gets the freebie. You're one very lucky person, and congrats. Know that I envy you... as I do most people on 'the price is right'.
Wow. I thought there would be more comments... Anyways, I really like the pictures, and I'm sorry to say that I've been mooching off the free gallery. :( But I want a free membership because, I don't really know why. I mean, I draw things and stuff, but I'm more into realism and these pics are EXTREMELY out there that it lets my mind roam. Maybe one day I might be able to be like this guy.... Oh! and because they remind me of those underwater pictures from those folders that I used to tell my mom not to buy me when I was in 1st grade because I thought they were girl folders. I forgot that other guy's name...
ReplyDeleteI just like all the cool pictures. So sorry I can't say something thoughtful or whatever.
PEACE!
I've been a fan of Ryan's ever since I was in the 7th grade. (I'm a College Freshman now) An old friend of mine introduced me to the site and I fell in love with it. Since then, my favorite has always been Tropcial Moon of Thetis, though I do like the new Tropical moon too. I'm always watching this site though, always waiting for that next awesome wallpaper to pop up in the Free Gallery.
ReplyDeleteI can't think of a time since then that I've had a wallpaper that wasn't from Digital Blasphemy. They just have a certain feel to them that's got me addicted. Some seem very aggressive and sharp (like Beginning of the End, which I love), and others seem so relaxing and tranquil (like Green and Gold which I have up now). Every time I go back to my desktop, it's my own personal sweet escape. My own little dream land right before my eyes. I always tell myself, "I wish I was there."
I've always wanted to make an account but my parents never approved of it. They thought it was a pointless investment to make, especially since I strive to get the lifetime membership. Paying just to get a background seems like nothing to them, I might as well get the free ones whenever they come out. But they don't see the new backgrounds released, the previews I just gaze at, wishing they would be my backgrounds, wishing I could be in THAT world.
I guess I'm just posting here in hopes that I'll finally be able to get a deeper glance at what's behind the Digital Blasphemy vault. I wish the rest of you the best of luck as well.
Cya!
I have been a fan of Digital Blasphemy since friend of mine introduced me to it in 2001. Every once in a while, when I have some extra money I will get a temporary membership and download as much of the beautiful artwork as possible. I lost my job almost a year ago and have been scraping by since then, even forced to leave my fiance in Texas to finish his master's degree and move back home to Florida to live with my mother (I am 26 years old). I have been back at my mom's since March, and have started to take online classes so that I can get a more steady job as a medical coder and then I can go back to life and my love in Texas.
ReplyDeleteSince losing my job last year I have not bought another membership due to a lack of extra cash. I would love a lifetime membership, as it would feel like a little ray of happiness during this rough patch in my life, so that I can continue to enjoy his inspiring artwork.
The images that Ryan creates tell a story that couldn't be told with simple words alone. Everyone hears and interprets these stories differently, and as for me, I understand the deeper meaning behind them as they relate to my life and my beliefs. Every image that he has created has the potential of truly being a possible scenario, at least somewhere in the universe, and just shows how vast and beautiful the universe is. It's almost as if I can hear the sounds, smell the smells and feel the environment of his images. It's truly amazing how his artwork can bring to life all the rest of the senses and bring you to any place you want to be at any time.
ReplyDeleteI can only imagine what the member's section has in it. As the sole provider of a family of 4, financial priorities do not allow me to make a purchase such as this at this time. Being self-employed brings about much unpredictability with finances from week to week, and as many others have mentioned, the current economy doesn't help either. It would be great to be able to get away from it all at the end of the day by getting inside the next great image created by Ryan, being there in whatever reality I choose to be in, leaving all stresses behind.
everyone here says that ryan works great, and that they can only imagine what do they have waiting for them at the member's gallery... I am not here to say that he works very well, or that he is a genious or something like that... but, a Free membership it's something good, not because of what's there, but because it's free.. so, don't pick me, because my comment really sucks... pick someone else, someone that enjoys saying that his work is great, but instead of supporting, they download all of his work on some torrent website.
ReplyDeleteGreetings from Luxembourg
Nuno Barros
@ Nuno I get what you're saying, but we can't assume everyone that visits the free site is a thief can we? if we were to blame someone we will have to blame those members that misuse their membership for spreading Ryan's work to the torrent sites. ;-)
ReplyDeleteMost people here appear so start with how long they have been following the free galleys, i can confess that i have absolutely no idea when i started. I just remember stumbling across Ryan's work one night.
ReplyDeleteRyan's work is astonishing, his attention to detail is amazing. My absolute favorite has to be "Indian summer" (http://bit.ly/4wxOBK)
Chances are its not going to be me, but by the end of this week someone here is going to be a very happy person indeed
Afternoon
ReplyDeleteDiscovered this site back in 2000 / 2001 while randomly searching for wallpapers. Was instantly impressed with the amount of abstract and mind blowing backgrounds that were here and I proceeded to introduce the majority of my buddies to the site as to share this little treasure cove I discovered.
We would pretty much sit around for ages going through all the previews in the members gallery hoping that one day they would be made free :> I also hoped that maybe one of my friends might decide to buy a membership, but the exchange rate from $ to R (South African Rand) has never been that great and no one ever signed up.
I enjoyed Ryans art so much that it eventually got to the point where I was going to copy shops and getting full A4 pages printed in colour just so I could stick them round my varsity dorm, on my files, books, even bought a clear plastic key ring about 150 x 150 so I could print out the original 'fluorescence' pic and stick it in there.
Last year however, I found a torrent with alot of Ryans work from the members gallery in it. I was pretty chuffed about this find and started downloading the torrent. While I was downloading it, I came to check out the site and learnt that this was his main source of income. Reached a cross-roads in my life as Im a firm believer in karma and tend to have a lot of respect for any individual or entrepreneur that takes a risk, follows their dream and creates something out of nothing instead of sticking to and being part of the 8 - 5 cubicle world. Downloading that torrent would pretty much have gone against everything I respected and believed in so I kinda reluctantly stopped the torrent.
So yeah, thats pretty much my story in a nutshell of Digital Blasphemy
Thanks Ryan for the site and all the goodies. You have provided me with what I like to refer to as a treasure cove of great artwork and surprisingly different backgrounds bring back a lot of different memories.
Thanks again
-Simon
For a long time (I don't know how many years) my sister and I have really enjoyed Ryan's work and downloaded everything he puts in the free gallery. (I'm at 51 images with the latest update, though they're all the wrong resolution now that I've switched to a different laptop.) I'd love to buy a 90-day membership to get at the stunning work in the member's gallery, but, neither my sister nor I having a credit card or checking account, and our parents not being very fond of buying things online, I have no way of getting the money to him, so I'm stuck with the Free Gallery for now.
ReplyDeleteI'm 58, male, recently divorced for 3rd and last time. Have lost 3 $400K businesses in the process. I built themwith my own education, labor, and compassion for employees and their families. I was never afforded the same treatment! I live with my 3 cats, all of which are adopted, and are 7, 9, and 13 years old.
ReplyDeleteDigitalblashemy has been a God-send for me. I have always been able to get into the art, the photo, the thought...and truly relax, yet still wonder, ponder and imagine. I am working as a carpenter on rental properties now, with a bad 'everything' on my body! DB keeps depression's ugly face at bay; it allows me to return to happier times, with happier people, when humanity was one-or at least as close as I have seen it since then); tears dry up; and, it allows me to find and open those secret places and things in my heart which have been so elusive for so many years.
Considering my health issues, I really doubt I will survive another 5 years. DB and the remembrance of your gift would be an indescribable blessing for me.
Well, that's the truth. I also am going to make a commitment to give a membership of my own to someone else within a year from now (win or not!). What a great person-you-for taking time to think of others. And Ryan-talent, love, andtotally unselfish. Thanks to both of you. Yes, I would like to win the membership. Steve
